A man came from another building across from mine with 2 buckets full of black greenish liquid and took over to street drain and started pouring it down. I walked over to catch my bus and had to move half way down the block to get away from the smell. It smelled like raw sewage and knocked big piece of something, I’m not sure what it was down the drain too. I have pictures but can attached
