North-bound cars (turning right onto Virginia from 1st) don't yield for pedestrians crossing Virginia.
They seem to think it's ok to turn right on a green light without stopping I've seen many near-misses. Often, cars honk at pedestrians with the right-of-way. I think there is something about the corner that makes the drivers think they don't have to stop before turning.
The intersection needs a sign or a right-turn arrow.
