We have lived here, three generations, and this neighbor consistently does nothing to his backyard. We have rats we have overgrowth, and as you can see, there are hazards from the trees in the backyard to the front of the yard. The neighbor on the opposite side has rights as well because he has not done any trimming or cutting in years we’ve asked him politely and nicely, and he goes on ignored. I could not take a picture of the deck that is broken and falling down. I will take a picture of that. Include the same mantras. We appreciate all your help and whatever you can do can’t live like this anymore.
