why is there a left turn lane here insted of a right turn lane. 1 out of 50 cars turn left at this intersection. traffic is backed up because vehicles going straight (southbound) stop any possible right on red turn while the left turn lane remains empty..way to think Troy

this is the traffic light on second ave comming out of Hannaford Market heading south. Left turn lane makes no sense.
