Bad enough cars drive wrong way on One Way, but they average 30-40MPH to use 2nd St "alley" as a short cut to avoid lights at Broad @ Route 4/32.Need 1 more 10MPH sign at Hudson @ 2nd St,also STOP sign needs to moved closer to street.

You need to forward this to the Village of Waterford Mayor, Bert Mahoney, as the village government, not the town, is responsible for posting traffic control and street signs within the village of Waterford.

Increased patrols at Hudson and 2nd St happened for 2 weeks or so and then ceased.Some good ticket $$$ flying over the Village coffers here folks!

It has gotten worse with drivers not stopping for TWO stop signs at one intersection. This includes both personal and business vehicles,cars and vans and trucks. Saw an elderly couple almost plow down a a young guy and his 5 y/o son on 2nd St towards library because they were not fast enough for a car doing 40 in a 10 mph zone.

Caught the white bearded guy in little Blue Smartcar blowing stopsign. Made it perfectly clear what he is doing is wrong and its obvious he lives on 3rd st around the band. Ask if he would like it if I came hauling back and forth in front of his house when his little ratdog was outside. He also now knows there is a camera at the intersection, 1080HD and it CAN record license plates and clear images of the drivers.

I wonder if painting STOP across the street would help alleviate the stop sign runner? At least going north on 2nd towards Library. The lady in the white Toyota SUV blows through it daily.
