That section of highway is like that every winter and will stay like that until the ground thaws. My suggestion is to SLOW DOWN (its posted 60 km a few meters north of those ridges) and/or change lanes.
This bump is insane. People saying "It's been there for years, you should know better" need to think a little further than PA. I'm not in PA every day (heck, I'm not even in PA every month), so how am I supposed to know it's there?
Also, those markers are also being used for "bad sections of road", that aren't even bad. You really want me to slow down to a crawl for every re marker? That will be safe for everyone *not*.
I believe the bump is right after the sign "60 ahead", so technically, you're still allowed 100 there.
