It's not PENDOT, it's East Goshen Township and West Goshen Township. They're responsible for this stretch. And they STINK at it. East Goshen has some great program in the evening where lights turn red on you on purpose, supposedly to try and catch drunk drivers. And West Goshen has the new video camera triggers at Rte 3/Five points Rd and Rte 3/Ellis Lane....but they don't use them. Lights turn red for traffic, green for NO ONE and stay that way for over a minute. Big cause of traffic problems.
