For at least the past few nights, all the lights along the paths on the Manchester end of the Potterfield Bridge route have been off when I travel home from work that way (at about 5:45pm) making for a very dark and kind of scary route home. The lights on the bridge have been on, but the lights on the paths once you get across the bridge have all been off.
