Description
When one approaches this intersection from Tremont Street, it is not easy to navigate through because of cars coming up Beaver Street. There's no stop sign on Beaver, and cars frequently speed through this area. The corner of Beaver and Tremont is sharp, and the stop sign on Tremont is set back, so often one has to stop at the sign, start to drive into the intersection, and then stop again to avoid being hit by a car coming up Beaver. If a stop sign were placed on Beaver (at least for northbound traffic), this intersection would be a lot safer.

"Intersection has been referred for analysis of performance."
Wouldn't it be more efficient and cost effective for the city if someone drove over to this intersection, looked at the issue and said 'YUP, NEED TO ORDER A STOP SIGN" then to refer "for analysis of performance." I smell tax dollars being wasted with a long analysis that could be done in about 2 minutes the simple way.
