Mr Niemi - I am also in receipt of your voicemail regarding this issue. All our signs and markings must follow the guidelines of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). This is a standard MUTCD sign. It is already enhanced with the fine subplate, we cannot enhance it any further. Per the MUCD signage must be consistant wherever one drives in the country. Please contact the Sheriff's Office for assistance with blocking the intersection. I will assign this request to the PCSD for thier assistance.
