Starting from 22nd ave and foothill driving up towards E 21st ave can we have sign(s) there needs to be stop sign slow school zones signs at 15 mph. Most drivers are driving up and down 22nd ave is always speeding. It is especially dangerous during school hours in the morning and afternoon when kids getting off school at Garfield Elementary.
