A drainage inlet behind 1801 is clogged, causing massive flooding in the area when it rains. Please clean out

Reports thisnkast year Someone was going to come look at the situation but not sure if they did When Bradley Avenue bridge over I-57 was repaired two summers ago, the contractors did not properly grade the ditch to drain There is a berm of dirt in the ditch that causes the water to not drain totally The water will remains in the ditch for several days before it evaporates and or soaks in This will be a health hazard with mosquitoes and also potentially a flooding hazard since the ditch is partially blocked

Could this tree be pruned? It has a lot of low hanging branches that are very heavy and hang down when the tree has leaves. There have also been some branches that have snapped off over time and fallen into the road.

The tree on Walnut Street immediately south of the entrance to the Washington Street parking lot is almost dead.

In talking to the police officer that was managing the lighted warning trailer (not sure what they're actually called) regarding how many people speed, and that their excessive speed on university is causing a lot of concern in the surrounding neighborhoods - we both realized a stop sign at University and Russel, making it a 4-way stop with a crosswalk, would not only slow traffic, but make it safer for pedestrians crossing to the bus stop on one side or Eisner Park on the other. That particular intersection is very scary to walk across: the sidewalks do not line up (the "ramps" are caddy-corner to one another), there is a slight incline on University making it so that it is almost impossible to tell if a car is coming until they are cresting the incline and coming at that intersection very quickly, the sidewalk coming from Russel is basically on the wrong side meaning that a pedestrian may be attempting to cross Church while a car at the stop sign may be turning left onto Church not looks left because traffic is coming from the right and they may not see the person until they are turning into them, and in the evening pedestrians are essentially invisible to cars because of the lack of adequate lighting (the crest on Church and the street "jog" on Russel make for a very blind and dangerous interaction). h

That particular intersection is very scary to walk across because of the "jog" the street takes and how vehicles at the Russel stop signs have to try and go very fast to cross during a break in traffic. I understand that this may cause issues with people heading home around the 5 o’clock hour, but pedestrians are not safe when cars have no impedimentsstop sap signs for many blocks and will sometimes go 40 or 50 mph down that particular stretch of str
The speed that people use on that street, and university Avenue is terrifying. Those stretches of street are very long and a lot people have no issue going very fast on these residential streets, pastor park, where children are playing.eet.
