OH GOD NOT ANOTHER YEAR OF THIGG!This property has insanely loud parties outside during the summer every year! I'm all for people hanging out and enjoying the nice weather, but the music is SO lou and goes on for hoursd, I'm several houses away, and I can still hear with all my windows shut. I can't be the only onearound here who can’t stand it! I called MPD so many times before, but it hasn't gotten better, is there nothing that can be done to make them keep it down?!

+1 on the previously submitted noise complaint. And sincerely requesting that the City of Malden address this issue systematically. There are houses that are chronic offenders. I don't even know what house that music and bass was coming from last night but I immediately recognized it from last summer's disturbances. This is the number one reason I am considering moving out of Malden. And fwiw there is no time of day that that level of noise should need to be tolerated. I shouldn't have to leave my own garden or close my windows on a nice day to not be overpowered by pounding music from a block away

The property at 26 Tufts St is being rented as an airbnb. There are numerous people coming and going from this home. In addition, numerous cars on the street have out of state license plates that are parked on the street. One car in particular from Colorado has been here for over 6 months. These cars are parked taking up two spots and cars of owners of homes on the street are unable to park. This is a small street and parking is difficult in the best of circumstances.

I live on 62 beach st , my second floor neighbors run a illegal catering kitchen upstairs, every day around 7am people come to get 20 or 25 huge trays of food. I’m very concerned cause they use propane gas inside the house . I have on video. I already told the owner and the property manager but they just don’t care .

Today at 2:40 pm JRM trash hit the telephone pole on fairmont place while backing up. This caused wires to be ripped from the side of my house and the ones left are hanging low.

This house had this trash for more the 2 weeks in that house is a hotel people come people go there Haitian all maybe more the 15 people they rent rooms and around we are singles houses people lived here long time Rat’s is coming soon smell horrible around our neighborhood, please malden city take action soon . Every morning between 5:30-7:30 am a motorcycle speeds down Belmont street waking my entire household up each time. This motorcycle is beyond loud and goes WELL above the speed limit. My family and I have lived here for 3 years and have experienced a growing lack of regard for the speed limit on this street. Multiple accidents from cars speeding trying to dodge parked cars, loud speeding motorcycles and sports cars. It has gotten out of hand being a straightaway and motorists thinking it's the Autobahn. What can be done - lighted speed limit signs? Police presence (at least temporarily during early morning and peak hours)? SPEED BUMPS? Something needs to give for the safety of this neighborhood.

Dumpster blocking the street no noticeable permits for dumpster or renovation. Beyond lights out at night.

Vehicle travelling along Cross St are speeding excessively. At the intersection of Cross and Walnut a vehicle crashed into a crosswalk sign and a house as well on Tuesday 5/2/17. This is the second such accident at the same intersection.

On this same day I witnessed a vehicle traveling on Cross St cross center line into the opposite lane and almost causing a head-on collision with oncoming cars - again speeding was involved.

Can a speed check be posted here to help with the speeding issues along this street before someone gets seriously hurt?

About year 1-2 yrs ago, 90-92 fairmont street was purchased and rented. I do not know who the landlord is but the neighbors and I have been witnessing a multitude of issues with the new tenants.
1) #90- On the second floor, there is a couple living there who have different but steady tenants coming in and out. (between 3-4 people extra that change every few months. We are assuming that they are subletting.
2) #92 -There are at least 5-6 people currently living in the property when the landlord rented to one woman. Again, these people change from time to time, indicating a sub-letting.

With all these people in a small house, comes:
1) Alcohol related fighting in the middle of the night-(police are called several times)
2) Trash is put out every friday night when the trash day is Monday. As a result Animals break through the bags, leaving garbage all over the street
3) Constant noise into all hours of the night (music, fighting, parties)
4) No respect for the neighbors
5) Absent landlord
6) MOST IMPORTANTLY: They bring with them 10-12 cars (driveway only holds 3 cars). including vans, constructions vans and their own cars but 10 spots are taken on Fairmont street from this one house.

Everyone is sick of it! Please help us.

Motorcycle again revving the engine and speeding down the street. Takes Right onto Cross St. license plate 2L8323. All hours of the day and middlr of the night. Just drove by flipping myself and the neighbors off. Time for the police to do something
