    Problem has recurred after repositioning of previously dangling traffic light hoods.

    Hoods for green and yellow Traffic lights (south corner of Harvard St & Ellery St) have again fallen partly off, somewhat obscuring lights. Maybe just remove those hoods?

    Tag on bike says "missing parts, flat tire etc". However, this bike looks brand new. The tires are NOT flat and nothing is missing.

    Someone reported it as being locked here for 2 weeks. Since it's OK to lock a bike to a bike post at a residential building indefinitely, the owner might not know it's not allowed in the business district.

    Shouldn't there be a warning sign for business district racks?

    Can we have mercy and wait a few weeks more before removing this bike?

    I believe I've seen this park labeled Riverbend Park on Google maps, but the City has a stone (see photo) calling it Longfellow Park. Can you clarify? Thanks.

    Man using hand-held gas leaf blower at Christ Church out of season. Blowing dust and snow patches off drive and walks. He acted as if he knew it was illegal: when I approached to speak with him, he called out "Go away!" I saw no truck or identification; he just wore a Kuiu brand blue jacket.

    Formerly Atomic Bean Cafe, now closed. On Jan 7 after snow stopped, I myself shoveled the narrow lane on the right, but 2/3 of the sidewalk remains uncleared by owners of building.

    The Portland Loo-type public toilet near Harvard Sq (near the bike racks on the traffic island that may be General McArthur Park) is blocked up; stuff tries to flush but doesn't go down.

    No Hand Sanitizer comes out when button on wall is pushed.

    The good news: there is toilet paper!

    Four delivery-type bins about 2ft x2ft x 1.5 ft, orange and black, have been sitting on curb here for about a week. Attached to ex-parking meter pole. They are used in large buildings to hold packages delivered by maybe Amazon. Perhaps the building is hoping that Amazon (or whoever) will pick them up?
