Northbound on South Chester Pike , the entire road is infested with extremely deep potholes. I measured the one I hit at 22" X 8" deep. Needless to say my car is damaged after hitting this one, but the roadway is peppered by numerous other both southbound and Northbound. There are at least one every 300 feet. This road should be fixed or closed. I realize the impact on the neighborhood, but someone is going to collide with a vehicle coming in the opposite direction. The roadway is very narrow and the chance of an accident is immanent. Patching won't work here, the potholes are close to a foot deep.

Believe it's chester road. Numerous deep potholes. This stretch of road is very narrow and it's a tight fit for traffic even under good road conditions. This is also a Septa bus route.

Yeah your right, Chester road. Well it's going to cost $300- $450 to fix the hit I took in my 2007 Pontiac. It's a really bad spot as the road is so narrow you can't swerve to the left to try and by-pass the pothole. I only hit the one right as you make the turn at the curve in the road and I was only going 35 MPH. So please be careful. The repairs aren't worth the trouble. I know PennDot is trying to get to the really bad ones, so you just can't be too careful.

This road is still very bad, and here we are in May already. Fix this, please! I travel this road almost daily, and it's a complete nightmare.

Rt. 420 or Lincoln avenue is so full I don't where to start and where to stop. But starting at the intersection of Lincoln (Rt. 420) and Chester Pike (Rt.13 ) and going north all the way to the intersection of ( RT320) Springfield ), the entire 4.5 miles are a minefield of different potholes I don't know the volume it has on it at any time ?

Well it's the bough reasonability, it's not a street that is not PennDOT duty to fix. But in all faith, I have to say PennDOT have done a great job of fixing the surrounding roads in this county. If the stupid federal government would stop fighting infrastructure this would've an issue. But it looks they won't do anything till another RT 35 bridge collapsed into a rive or Forrest ?
