Not sure if anything can be done but the street water run off has run over my once clear sidewalk and frozen. I keep the sidewalk clear all winter but this is no longer possible because of the water drainage issues on our street. I live at 10519 - 104 Avenue

Good Morning,
The Transportation department has reviewed your concern. Due to the warm temperatures we are experiencing in the daytime and then then the freezing temperatures overnight, the whole city is experiencing the same icy conditions. If you would like, we can send a sand truck to your location to apply sand to the road to help remedy the situation. Please let us know if that is something that you would like done.
