No one is held accountable for their property anymore. This entire neighborhood all the way to 8 mile has turned into an embarrassment! Abandoned cars in yards, behind houses, on the street with flat tires. The sad part is those of us who take care of our property are being overshadowed by the despair from neighbors who don't care.
