Agree that this is an issue, in order to go around I have to push stroller w/toddler in the street.

This inconsiderate owner continues to park his/her car across a public sidewalk, preventing taxpaying citizens from walking up/down Yale Avenue near Chapel Avenue. Unclear why parking enforcement division is unable/unwilling to enforce parking regulations.

The Parking Enforcement division doesn't always go to the scenes as quickly as we would like. Has anyone considered just going to the home of the vehicle's owner and politely asking them to move their car? If we are living in a state of fear so deep that we are afraid to do that, perhaps someone could write a note and stick it under the windshield wiper.

This could easily be resolved much more quickly than waiting for city officials to go to the scene.

Parking enforcement personnel investigated this issue and issued citations to all vehicles found in violation. We are closing this issue, but if the problem persists please generate a new request with verified information and details. Thank you for your help in this matter.

This problem/violation continues. This same car is parked illegally, blocking a public side walk, when I pass by every morning and late afternoon/early evening.
