Before 7:30pm on Friday, I witnessed 3 motorcycles, one on Lakeshore and 2 on Lakepark riding on the sidewalk with little concern for pedestrians. Of the two that were on Lakepark, one pulled into the Heart and Dagger front entrance and one parked on the sidewalk right in front. The one parking on the sidewalk drove directly at me and stopped only because I refused to move out of his path or I am sure he would have pulled in as did the other given they were riding together. I waited to see if security would address the issue (bike on sidewalk) they did not. When asked why it was reported it was not their property. This was a busy Friday evening around 7:30 when there was much foot traffic. This business (Heart and Dagger) should be monitored and parking enforcement should put this on their evening route as parking vehicles on sidewalks is just as illegal as car parking in inappropriate places, not to mention the safety it poses to pedestrians. As a motorcyclist myself, I find this behavior rude and appalling.
