Right turn arrow at summit (west bound) and Cretin. I would like to see traffic engineer take a look at west bound summit at Cretin. On Monday Wednesday and Fridays typically between 745-815 you have a high volume of students crossing from the main campus to south campus of st Thomas. Cars are backing up at times almost back to Cleveland because of having to wait 2-3 light cycles to to take right turn on to Cretin (north) from summit.

Students straddle the light and often times are darting out to make it across the street making it extremely difficult for city busses to take right turns from summit (westbound) onto Cretin north bound

A right turn arrow would improve pedestrian safety and remediate traffic backups
