Deskripsyon

Anders is in need of street repairs. There are many pot holes. This is also a bus route. We had a sign to watch for children and a sped sign which both are gone and never replaces. Anders is use by many as a cut through to both 23 and Callens, with blasting boom boxes all hour of the day and night.

I live on Anders too the street is cracked in so many replaces in front of my house it actually has sunk three inches. my appoach is acually so high everone that uses it scrapes bottom

As far as the MRC patching Anders Dr. That has been done for 15 to 20 years, since we moved here. And it just come back up and we are forever sweeping up the asphalt pieces. It is time to do it right!!!!!!!!!!!

Road Commission of Macomb County (Panauhin)

This road has far outlived the 20 year expected lifespan of a local subdivision road. It is the policy of the Road Commission of Macomb County Board that reconstruction of local subdivision roads are 100% the responsibility of the township. The current economic situation as it is and funding already running thin, the township would most likely only be able to offer the option of a Special Assessment District where homeowners pay for the reconstruction based on the property owned on the road. Your township should have information available on setting up a special assessment for you to review.
