Mr. Jones called back in today. Issue is still unresolved he was advised to allow a little more time to resolve .

customer has called in to check on status of issue just wants to make sure it is still open because he has had to report this about 4 times since March would like resolved before winter months come.

@Mr. Jones....the only thing the City does quickly is acknowledge these problems (done by a computer). The people part of the equation is another matter unfortunately :-(
