This van has been parked there without being moved for three months. Although it has plates it looks that has been abandoned. This vehicle is not only an unwelcome sight to neighbors left in front of my house, but we have difficulty parking because it's right in front on my driveway. Is there anything that can be done to remove this vehicle?
