Deskripsyon

Tree is overgrown, diseased, leaning leftand hanging low over street and sidewalk. There are some electrical, cable and telephone wires in the middle of it. A large moving truck caught a branch last weekend as it drove by and almost pulled the tree down. There looks like a cracked branch as a result which could fall on a parked car.
