There's a minimum of 6 cars there with NH plates. Total tax fraud of not registering in Massachusetts

This is an ongoing situation that MPD and Code Enforcement knows about and still not resolved, has been happening for 6 months or more. Turbo uses public parks and our streets to plant rental cars for people to pickup. At Carr Park the 48 hour code of now moving a vehicle is at a minimum not enforced. Private business using public streets and parks cannot be tolerated. This is not the first notice of this happening.

The zoning dept has been notified. Cars have been cited and towed for 48 hours.
