Deskripsyon
The sidewalk on 8 Mile Road, west of Ellen Drive, is never cleared of snow. Not sure if that is the responsibility of Deer Creek Association? Every year it is a problem as the sidewalk turns icy and makes walking treacherous. The same goes for the sidewalk east of Ellen Drive on 8 Mile Road as well.

adjacent sidewalks are the responsibility of the association, or the adjoining property owner whose residents is along Eight Mile.
In situations where it is a business, they are responsible. residents are responsible where homes adjoin.
