An 18-20 year old just came thru the alley with a front loader- NOT a plow. It did not plow from edge to edge and left lots of snow behind. What is the city doing? This is the first alley sweep since 16 inches of snow and it happened at 4:15pm. Who do we contact? I called 311 and they were of no help- blamed on the amount of snow. This is unacceptable. Tax increases yet I can't get out of my driveway for the last 2 storms until the afternoon.
