S. U-Turn from Oak Ridge Hwy (62) East to West in front of Little Nicky's Pizza.
T. Please describe the reasoning for your new Traffic Signal request.
S. Very dangerous to have to cut-out in front of traffic traveling 50/55+and takes too much time during rush hours and from 12-2pm waiting for clearance to proceed into traffic and merge.
