My apartment is cold right now. Landlord or the super are turning down the heat in the night time. This has been going on for the past two months. The clock hit's six p.m. and there goes the heat.

Inside temperature should be 55 degrees from 10pm to 6am; 68 degrees from 6am to 10pm.
