I have contacted the city numerous times about this tree. It is rotting, plain as day you can see a huge crack in the tree and see the rot inside it. It is raising the blacktop/sidewalk because of the roots, and I have seen plenty of people, children leaving the Boys and Girls club or school, and the elderly walking to Bingo at the Boys Club trip over the sidewalk. Giant heavy limbs have just fallen off, nearly hitting people/cars. One fell on my car. Left a huge mess in the road that I ended up cleaning up after contacting the city and nothing was done. This is a hazard. This tree is coming down whether the City decides to act or not. Someone is going to get hurt from it very soon, I feel it coming. Please do something about this terrible tree.
