The biggest concern is that the truck provides shelter space for wildlife and rodents.
Since their is no fence or barrier around the property, the vehicle can be accessed easily from the alley.
The vehicle has no license plates and has expired registration stickers from the City of Alexandria VA.
The back of the vehicle is jacked up. It doesn’t seem to operable.
One time a neighbor even witnessed squatting in the truck. There is still a pile with some personal items stored under truck (shoes, etc) -

Reported to have two abandoned trucks towed from a private property. DPW Ticketed both cars but towing request has not happened since last year.Ticket #1: 8200516461-BM4680
Ticket #2: 8200516472-EE4236Reason DPW gave was vehicles "still on the tow list awaiting for the availability of a tow truck".

1112 Orren St. - Trinidad4 abandoned cars are parked in the backyard of 1112 Orren St. NE. One is partially blocking the alley and one has an alarm that has been going off every 20 minutes for the past 36 hours. Three of these were dumped in the middle of the night ~45 days ago.
