Young kids with altered mufflers have been racing around the North End, all hours of the day and night, for three weeks, cars backfiring. Vincellette, Madison Ave, Anton Street, probably everywhere. Someone should put an end to it. It's a free for all! Anything goes.

This is an ongoing issue and I have finally caught the person on my home cameras. This man does not reside in any of the units on either side of Madison Avenue where he is leaving his commercial 16 wheeler. He parks the commercial vehicle and then leaves in his car. Here is his a photo of his vehicle left when he takes the truck.
If you would like the full video that shows him pulling up, checking his truck and then taking off again I'm happy to share.
If this isn't resolved based on contacting the person by information of both license plates I'm happy to bring it to the media outlets. I have called the non-emergency line number numerous times as well as neighbors and nothing is done at all!

The esplanade on Vincellete and Main Street, by light near Merritt Canteen, looks disgusting. Overgrown, litter everywhere. Whomever is responsible for maintaining this needs to get on beautifying and maintaining it. It is an eyesore! It used to be kept so lovely! Not a good look, Bridgeport! Do better!

This is my second time complaining about this. This is a BUS STOP. If my child falls and something happens along her walk to this bus route I believe that the City and Homeowners are responsible.
This is completely unsafe for ANYONE let alone children walking and waiting for their buses.

Little deer road has not been plowed

Mailman has a hard time delivering mail. Tenants can't see pulling out of the unit.

White truck with combination plates but commercial logo for haircuts has been parked on Madison Avenue in the same spot for six weeks!! Has been reported multiple times by multiple residence. Has been red tagged twice by the police – no one ever moves the car, but somebody has taken the red tags off twice. After being red tag twice as abandoned over six weeks, police have still not towed the car. Are they waiting for an invitation!?!?!

This is a issue in the entire upper North End, drive down any street and you will see numerous vehicles with out of state license plates parked thru out the day and overnight parked in the opposite direction of the way traffic flows, on some streets you have to squeeze thru the way cars are parked on both sides of the street, there are many times I had to stop to allow a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction to pass by, there seems to be little or none traffic enforcement by BPD. in the upper North End.

Between Skane school and Anton Street, for over six months we have had an increasing issue with illegal parking of commercial vehicles in a residential neighborhood. This has been reported to the mayors office, the police and Bridgeport 311 over and over and over again. The commercial vehicles park in basically the same area and are easily visible to the police who drive up and down Madison Avenue all day and night with gas our tax dollars pay for. We started with one commercial truck parked on a blind curve in front of Fairfield Village, then we had two white commercial box trucks parked there, and today we have the same one white commercial box truck and now a Penske rental truck. Was again reported to the Bridgeport police dispatch and the mayors office. Again nothing has been done. North end residents-there is a petition going around to remove the mayor and the chief of police because of the continued distain and ignoring of taxpayers in the north end. Please access it online and sign it. The mayor is too busy jaunting to Scotland instead of being concerned with taxpayer issues in the north end. Apparently if you’re not loading expensive wine into his trunk, you get no service. We pay taxes, these COMMERCIAL vehicles should be removed from a residential area and nothing has been done for over six months.

The car petting at this complex is utterly filthy, stained with pet urine, dirty and has a foul Oder. Tenants have complained to Association President who refuses to take care of theprobleme either having carpets steamed cleaned or replaced preferably We are asthmatic and find it hard to breathe in the complex.
