    Deferred maintenance is becoming an issue. The gazebo needs painting, statues need cleaning esp the model rocket, and the sidewalk at the corner of 8th & Walnut has been under repair for years now with no action taken. Please maintain our park!

    if I'm not mistaken Mare Island is ran by the City of Vallejo. That being said these historic light fixtures on the Mare Island Causeway should indeed be fixed. the new LED lights are nice but provide no sort of historic storytelling to any visitors or even locals. Would love to see the city be more proud of its Mare Island Historic roots.
