The secondary boat launch is badly rutted and has major holes This the gravel launce just north of the paved launch in the cove The cove gets very shallow and can not be used but hard to use other launch in its condition

Otter Creek is not moving and has been sitting with stagnant water for some time.

Otter Creek is blocked somewhere. It has not been moving water. And has not flowed for two weeks. I suspect it's a beaver dam or downed tree. The water retention basins that drain into Otter Creek are backed up because of this. I can not provide an exact location where the Otter Creek blockage is.

Plants have taken over the water area. I believe they exceed the percentage of area they can cover

Otter Creek is blocked and not flowing. This has been going on for maybe three weeks. The neighborhood drainage basins that flow into Otter Creek are not draining because of the blockage in the creek. I suspect beaver or trees are the reason for the Otter Creek problem. Please investigate thank you

I own a home in Del Webb that backs up to Forest Preserve property that is maintained by our community. There is a storm drain that is being clogged by beaver activity. When the drain area is cleared the debris is being left on a berm which is Kane County Forest Preserve property. There have been some questions as to whether or not this debris can be removed from the berm . I have included a picture. When the debris is cleared from the water retention drain there are pieces of 2x4 wood, plastic bags, landscape spikes, and wire mesh. I have included a picture. Can this debris be removed? And could someone contact our property manager to discuss? Thank you for your consideration
