Constant flooding without sewer draining water. All other intersections clear. Cannot cross road safely, handicap and stroller hazard. Standing water increased mosquito population.

Can not get Comcast due to trees into power lines. 5 trees marked with yellow plastic bands by ?city. Need these trees removed please. They may be a fire hazard. We moved into this neighborhood. The yard was extremely uncared for and we had a crew to clean up did what we are able to.

Bearded caucasian man living at camp. Exposing self to 146 bus occupants repeatedly and urinating in public. Frequently drunk wanders out into traffic at intersection.

under Columbus Drive Bridge on north side, the St. Pat's revelers are a nice bunch but I saw a young woman adding her graffiti. l nicely asked her to stop. She said, I'm not hurting you. But it's my neighborhood, I said. As I left, she followed me and kept saying I'm not hurting you, graffiti is beautiful. I kept my cool and left because I didn't want to ruin the joy of the nice crowd. But this young woman thought she had the right. So disappointing.

There’s a dead rat on the sidewalk

whose bright idea was it to cut a key down a newly repaved alley? and why cut it soon deep? its the perfect depth for beer cans and bottles so send a recycling truck then fix your mistake and repave the alley so the kids and ride their bikes again. Look one alley to the east. same slope, no key, repaved same week in November and they got new concrete aprons. did someone say "ah, no concrete this week, let's keep the guys busy and mess up that other alley by having the guy who can't walk a straight line make the cut." come on. be better. I know it's just tax dollars but some people have to live here.

Marine Drive parkway is full of litter ( west side ) going from Montrose to Foster. Especially bad by Clarendon pumping station.
