    The painted portion of the monument honoring the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake in The Oakland Memorial Park has been damaged by a homeless encampment and needs to be restored. Its on the split-face cinderblock wall next to Fire Station 3.

    There is no sidewalk on the north side of W Grande between Adeline & Magnolia. The gravel area between the old Ford Graphics and the curb fills up with water when it rains. It makes it difficult to walk to the NL bus stop at Adeline & West Grande and impossible for someone in a wheelchair. Just a 6 ft wide sidewalk would be a great improvement.
