Mattress and boxspring dumped on sidewalk of a boarded up house maintained by the City of New Haven.

A lot of illegal dumping going on in the Arboretum along the side parking lot of East Rock Community Magnet school.

Many stolen packages from area homes are being dumped in the Arboretum at the corner of Mechanic and Eagle streets.

This is causng a pedestrian crossing hazard.Yhis is not a static business its on wheels and can be moved where ever.Why does the city change rules for a select few.

A 20 ft boat was tied to the fence at the 91 underpass,then pulled off the trailer and left on the side of the road

2 weeks in a row our recycling has not been taken from the curbside.We take our time to sort our refuse and even rinse the bottles and cans.Not sure why it is still there for another week.

Encampment/drug den steps from little league field,

There is a large homeless encampment / drug den literally an arms length from the visitors dugout on the little league field at Blake field.The kids that play there are being subjected to unsafe /hazardous conditions brought on by dirty needles broken beer bottles ,intoxicated unsafe persons.This field is being used by kids from all over the city and from out of town .The city has known about it,they cut the grass and drag the fields daily,it is not hidden its extremely visible and dangerous.As an umpire we have to discuss it as part of our ground rules to make sure all of the children are accounted for at all times and to not venture for any foul balls in that area .The city started trimming the brush from the fence line but stopped at the encampment to try to camoflauge it. As leaugue reps and state certified umpires we are holding the alderman and all city representatives accountable for this unsafe and extremely dangerous situation.

this area of state street has become a literal raceway .another major accident last night due to speeding.with multiple injuries.this area has 3 churches a daycare center and many small businesess with limited off street paking.we are pleading for some kind of traffic calming .please HELP US.

DIRTY NEEDLES / DRUG BAGGIES/BLOODY TOUNEGETTE,CARELEESLY USED AND DISCARDED ON THE BISHOPS GATE ROAD ABOUT 70 YARDS FROM STATE ST.THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS BEEN REPORTED ON GOING ISSUE.THIS IS ALL DUE TO 1 FEMALE CAUCASION PROSTITUTE OPERATING IN THIS AREA FOR OVER THE PAST YEAR.SERVICING JOHNS AND USING INJECTING DRUGS IN THE SAME SPOT.SHE HAS ALSO BEEN SEEN TAKING REFUGE IN THE RESIDENSE OF 1412 STATE ST WICH IS A EARLY RELEASE HOME FOR REGISTERED SEX OFFENDERS.WE HAVE REPORTED THIS TO MANY SOURCES BUT TO NO AVAIL.

arrived at the west river festival at approx.130 pm.we brought 6 children with us to enjoy the day.as we pulled into the PUBLIC PARK we were stopped by a festival worker who said there is no public parking avail. here at the park,parking is only avail.about 1/3 of a mile away across the 4 lane boulevard and behind Barnard school.I then showed her my handicap plcard and explained i am only able to walk a short distance due tio my prostetic brace and use of a cane.she informed us nothing can be done there is no parking here even though there were mant cars parked in that area already.i saw an open spot and another worker said it was ok to park there.after parking and starting to disembark the first woman ran down to where i was parked and started yelling at me that parking there is only for people for thefestival ie vendors and such ther still was plenty of parking avail in this area. she then even after seing that i am not able to stand or walk without assistance exclaimed that she was going to block my vehicle in and have it towed.i reminded her we were in a public park.she said it didnt mattershe was the organizer paid $500 to rent the park and it was not a public park today so she did not have to provide any handicap parking or accecability at this point a self proclaimed represetative of the city showed up and tried to rectify the situation by having me move my vehicle and park a little further away .i explained to him that at this point we were leaving because as a WOUNDED DISABLED AMERICAN VETERAN, I WAS HURT AND EMBARASSED FOR MY CHILDREN TO SEE THIS SPECTACLE.MANY ADA LAWS AND RIGHTS WERE BROKEN TODAY IN A PUBLIC SPACE AND I AM VERY SADEND BY IT.I SERVED MY COUNTRY TO WELL AND WOULD DO IT AGAIN

ATTEMTING TO MAKE A LEFT HAND TURN FROM MICROSOCIETY SCHOOL IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE.WEEDS AND BRUSH GROWING THROUGH FENCE HAS BLOCED THE VIEW OF THE STREET AND SIDEWALK.THIS IS AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WITH STUDENT WALKERS .STILL OPEN FOR SUMMER.PLEASE HELP BEFORE SOMEONE GETS INJURED OR WORSE.
