Two street work signs and sand bags left behind by contractor. One on the bridge on Redstone/Hobbs Rd. and one right outside the Arsenal gate in the grass. There is also a porta potty at the intersection of Hobbs and Haysland that needs to be picked up.

Street light on during the day. Possibly malfunctioning. At the corner of Slate Dr. and Marline Ln.

Street light out next to 2541 Marjorie Lane.

There are orange construction barrels lining the ditch on the south side of Hobbs Rd. just west of the Bell Mtn. Park entrance. These and other construction materials are scattered on both side of Hobbs Rd. starting just west of Redstone Rd. When is the contractor for the Haysland Rd. extension going to pick all this up? It is unsightly and needs to be cleaned up before grass completely takes over the materials.

Water leak coming from street in front of 2625 Slate Drive.

Heavy rains caused damage around this manhole. It sits between 2819 and 2821 Slate Dr.

Broke down abandoned vehicle parked in front of 2627 Slate Drive. Has been parked there for several weeks. Please send someone out to check this vehicle. Thank you.

This white vehicle has been parked in this driveway for months. It has an expired tag and the tires are going flat. Please send an inspector to access this issue.

This vehicle has been sitting in the driveway at 2827 Slate Drive for well over a year. Both of the front tires are flat. Vehicle appears to be inoperable.

Water is bubbling up out of the asphalt in front of 2615 Slate Drive.

There is a lack of sidewalks on Oxmoor Blvd. between Hobbs Rd. and Slate Dr. This mostly forces people to walk in the roadway because they don’t want to walk through people’s yards. Walking in the roadway puts pedestrians and wheelchair bound citizens in harms way due to vehicular traffic coming/going to Hobbs Rd. from Oxmoor. The local HOA has been rumored to say they don’t want sidewalks there because of sprinklers in place and inviting the wrong element into the neighborhood. A majority of the residents want the sidewalks. Any consideration would be appreciated.

Street light not working properly next to 2752 Slate Dr. Bulb may be burned out.

Inoperable vehicle in driveway. Car parts in driveway and on side of house. Solar panels in front yard and on side of house. Multiple possible city code violations that can be seen from the street. Local HOA can do nothing. Please send an inspector to check this residence for violations. Thank you.

Street light making clicking noises and staying on during the daytime.

Damaged street light northwest corner of St. Alban and Magna Carta. Light is missing it's cover and may be burned out.
