    Oink joint has outdoor exhaust fan from kitchen which has for a long time has made a whirring noise when in operation.
    The fans noise has gotten progressively louder and louder to the point now it can be heard a block away or more.
    It is a sort of pitch & mechanical sound that is degrading to the peaceful setting of the area.

    Entire street both sides have household garbage and junk that spills out in and onto the street from houses at corner of East Washington to and beyond the curve in road next to African cemetery.

    Junk and debris are in all yards both sides.
    This is a daily/weekly occurrence.

    A little direction from the city would be great and a warning if it continues.
