Amy Riegel received reports from several residents at a recent open house that someone dumped a chair, an artificial Christmas tree, and possibly some other items in/around Plymouth Creek just east of Dunkirk Lane. Residents here would like these items removed. This is on park property behind 16655 42nd Avenue North.

A resident in the area of the construction for the new apartments on Nathan is complaining about the mud/rock being tracked from the site. He wants to know what the inspection process is and how often the area should be swept, etc.

My husband and I adopt the street and storm drains in the several blocks in our home area. The leaf debris along intersection of 29th Avenue and Medicine Ridge Rd is too much for us to try to clean by hand. This issue extends up to and including the intersection area of East Medicine Lake Blvd and Medicine Ridge Rd. I am sure there are probably other areas in the city that also need sweeping. A lot of leaves dropped in the fall after the last street sweeping.

Could you please have the streets swept one more time to clean them up so that water can properly drain into storm drains during the upcoming winter and spring seasons?

Dear Mr. Buck,
I would like to inform you and the Plymouth Park Maintenance Department that a large tree has fallen and is hanging over the path by Eagle Lake.
It came down during the storm on Friday Sept. 29. It is across street of the residence 6125 Eagle Lake Dr.
I believe the fallen tree is on the Plymouth easement. It is on the small parcel/easement of wooded land on the South side of the Eagle Lake Drive curb and the North side of the asphalt walking path The tree has fallen to the North. It is a very large tree, maybe 5 feet in circumference.
It is wedged on another tree on the South side of the path causing it to hang over the path. The weight of this tree resting on another tree makes it unsafe to go under this tree when walking on this path.
I realize this part of the path is quirky as it is not Maple Groves and not part of 3 Rivers. It is still unclear if Plymouth is responsible for
the maintenance of the this part of the Eagle Lake Trail . All I do know is: right now this fallen tree is a danger and hazard to people and
animals that use this path.
If Plymouth is not responsible for this part of the path or the removal of this tree, please inform me who I should notify.

A resident reports she loves this facility and grounds but is disappointed in the upkeep and cleaning of the bathrooms. She says they are rarely clean and suggests they be cleaned at least in between events at the pavillion. Thank you!

Resident at this address reports garbage from a garbage truck spilled down the street on Old Rockford Road. She says it will blow into her property and others if not picked up.

Hi Amy,

The pictures below show the left over non-biodegradable silt fence with metal posts. These were put in place by the City contractor during the reconstruction of County Rd 47 (now Chankahda trail)
Our community is crumbling into an eyesore with this waste. Please have Public Works send someone over to have them removed.

If yes, can you send them to the northwest corner of Northbound Co. 61 and 42nd Place N?

This is the road that exists the Target and Kohl’s strip mall. You go east toward Co. Rd. 61 and you are making a tight turn into its northbound toward Schmidt Lake Rd. and you are bumping around.

Please do a sanitary sewer and watermain locate 250' in all directions of the intersection of Highway 55 and 18th Avenue by 5/5 to allow for MnDOT to inspect City utility locations in preparation for Highway 55 design efforts.
