Request from a citizen to have the morning pickleball lights extended to around 7am. They are going off at 6:30am and it is still dark

A Citizen reports that ramadas on the east side of La Cholla have undergone damage to electrical outlets. Apparently with a screwdriver. He also reports that the lights have been covered with aluminum foil.
