I reached out to Public Works about 5 mos. ago requesting 6 garbage cans and 6 Recycling Cans. We have not received or heard anything back yet. This is needed asap as this is a (6) family and we cannot wait. I’ve been very patient. Can you pls take care of this asap. Thank You

This is my 3rd Request. Public Works told me Engineering would be taking care of this problem. Both drain basins. (1) on Chapel St and (1) on Blatchley Ave. Are very clogged and have caused water to flood our basement twice. Which has caused a lot of aggravation, large cost of money to have bsmt pumped. And loss of construction material. Could you kindly take care of this asap. Thank You,

There are 2 Catch basins clogged. At our property at 167 Chapel St. (1) is on the Chapel St side and the other one is on the Blatchley St side. This is my 2nd request. Engineering was to take care of this but my Super went there today and said there is a lot of debris in them. This is a big problem because it’s flooding our basement. Pls do something about this. Thank you

Good Morning, My ticket was closed but I the catch basin is still clogged on both the Chapel St side and Blatchley Ave (Corner) there are (2). Engineering was supposed to have taken care of this. It is causing our basement to flood. Could someone please take care of this today and notify me when this has been done. Thank you much.

Thank you for your response on my last request. Can you please give me an idea as to when the back order trash and recycle bins will be in?

GM, I had requested 4 trash cans and 4 recycle cans to be delivered at 367 Howard Ave. I was told I would have them in a month. I tried calling but can't get through on the line. Would you kindly have those delivered asap..I would really appreciate it. Thank You!

Hello…Can you please clean the catch basins at 167 Chapel St. There are 2 of them. One on Chapel St and one on Blatchley Ave.
