    On Feb 5th I reported that the metal plate covering a hole in the road is NOT secure and it has shifted. Case #15999772. These plates are to have an asphalt skirt or anchored in place, as you know. We are now 7 weeks later and motorists are driving around it to avoid it! That means that some motorists are crossing over 2 yellow lines and into oncoming traffic. Yes they are. I drive it 2 times per day- at a minimum. Will it take a head on collision for action? This is public record.

    *Urgent* The metal plate on the road has shifted and the hole beneath is visible. The plate needs to be squared up and for an asphalt sash to be placed around it.

    A large dumpster has been on the street for 2 weeks. Dumpsters used for renovations are to be on the property owners lot, correct? Due to it's proximity to the corner of North Peachtree and Leisure Drive, this dumpster is dangerous .

    The two metal plates covering the road repair have separated. If a tire rolls over this spot, the axle could break and then a rear-end collision is highly likely.

    This area was repaired improperly again. It is already sinking in 3 locations. On 8/18/21 I reported it for the 3rd time in 20 years (check your records) . Late in 2021 contractors put fresh asphalt over the area but it begins sinking and cracking over again. It is rapidly deteriorating. It is time to dig deeper and find the root of the problem. Fresh asphalt is only a bandaid folks.

    Every time we have a downpour, we get a dangerous lake 285 West between Chamblee Dunwoody and Ashford Dunwoody. You may recall in January when all the lanes were closed as cars were stranded in the lake. This photo was taken 6/19/20 at 6:15 pm. Motorists in the left 2 lanes panic, move right, and accidents happen. We need water mediation immediately. This problem is 6 months old or more.

    For three weeks now this trailer is parked at the corner of Leisure Lake and Leisure Drive. Half of it protrudes into the lane. It is very close to the intersection. As pedestrians and cars attempt to navigate around it, it makes for a dangerous situation.

    The metal plate has no "slow bump' warning sign and the asphalt trim is now worthless. I posted this last week and no action. This is devastating to tires, alignment, etc.

    3 of the 4 corners of the Tilly Mill and North Peachtree intersection need sod or silt fences immediately. The corner where Kingswood Church property was cut into has substantial run off each day it rains; and that has been almost daily. The clay soil running into the street is a problem. In previous posts you have stated that the contractor has 24 hours to remedy run off problems. It is now more than 14 days. Let's abide by the rules at end of this painful process
