    I have had an issue with this neighbor about his invasive foliage for years. He lets it over grow to the point to where it invades my property and I can’t even use my back yard. I have called the police on them regarding this b/c they had their Gardner throw their leaves into my back yard. They are hoarder, attract rats and roaches and they have non operable cars parked on their property as well. This is an expensive problem for me that is caused by the neighbors neglect.

    The traffic signal for turning left from Powell Street to Christie Avenue is not timed correctly and allows traffic to continue turning left briefly after the traffic signal for the opposing lane turns green. This often results in traffic still turning left from Powell Street onto Christie Avenue when traffic from the opposite lane on Powell Street begins entering the intersection heading towards the I-80 overpass. I have seen multiple instances where accidents nearly occurred because of this issue, particularly during rush hour.

    This vehicle has been in the area for weeks and recently moved to this side of the street 48 hours ago. They constantly have their belongings blocking the sidewalk with the front doors left open and blocking the sidewalk as well as into the street on the driver side. This afternoon they were smoking and the smoke was getting into the Bridgewater units. Would appreciate EPD or someone else from the city getting involved to resolve this.
