Suspicious Activity Buksan124 Pinto Dr Vallejo, CA, 94591, USA - Vallejo
For the last several years, you do not see any lights on inside this house at night/early morning. All major windows, up and downstairs, are blocked out.
Not normal human movement in and out of this house Entry & exit of people is very fast, never leaving the front open for more than 20-30 seconds.
Per a former neighbor, PG&E tapped into their power and their bill jumped to $600-plus.
PG&E replaced a transformer across the street with 811 markings between transformer and 124 Pinto Dr.
Code Enforcement had occupants removed a 20’-30’ beat up old trailer parked on the front driveway. Maybe, 1-2 years ago.
During winter frosts, there is very little frost on the roof not like the other two-story homes on Pinto Drive.
VPD would not investigate because of the lack of resources.
If investigating, please be cautious!
Thank you!

River Park - VallejoTwo open air dumps within the park next to the Mare Island Causeway. Camps scattered about with accumulation of junk. We frequently see trucks dumping in this area as well. Why are there so many homeless camps within the city of Vallejo, with so many resources available within the Solano County?
