    The irrigation (water) has NOT been on for at least a month or two all along the pathway between Mangular Ave and the “Blue Bridge” over the Oak Ave storm drain. All the plantings and trees have not received any water and are dead or dying. Where as the plants along the path east of the “Blue Bridge” to Oak Ave are being overwatered (flooded) on most days.

    The electronic speed limit sign on southbound Mangular Ave south of Ontario Ave is not working properly. Only one number “3” is displayed for detected speed. Has not worked properly since the last heavy rains.

    Parkway maintenance along the Bike Path from Mangular Ave. to Oak St. is nonexistent. The weeds are overwhelming the plants. Numerous plants have died from lack of water. Other areas are overwatering from broken sprinklers, especially the area between the school’s “blue bridge” and Oak. The ground is flooded with inches of water and the sprinklers are directed onto the sidewalk (pathway).

    Lamp in street light dims for approximately 2-3 seconds then returns to normal.

    There is a leaking pipe (water) underneath the Foothill Parkway bridge deck. The pipe travels beneath the elevated portion of the deck and drips near the east edge of the Skyline Trail pathway where it travels under the Foothill Parkway bridge. Please repair as soon as possible.
