Private trailer parked on sidewalk and in street that does not allow parking. This trailer has been idle for more than 6 months, and now has flat tires. It impedes traffic on this small street and covers the sidewalk.

In order to enter a service request for an abandoned vehicle, the Police Dept. requires the following: the color make and model, the license plate number and state, the condition of the vehicle, if anything is broken or missing, if the vehicle is drivable, how long the vehicle has been there, and the police district. This information is needed for each vehicle.
A vehicle which is inoperable (e.g., missing or flat tires),
hazardous (broken glass), has expired registration, and/or a
expired inspection sticker will be considered to have been abandoned.
If a vehicle meets the criteria of an abandoned vehicle,
then and only then will it be towed.

Trailer is still in the street as of 5pm 04/27/10. Issue can't be closed if the trailer is still in the street which is posted

Trailer is still in the street as of 5pm 04/27/10. Issue can't be closed if the trailer is still in the street which is posted " No Parking ". At least it can be issued a ticket. Expired registration [ 3-11 ], PA trailer plate number XBM-8838. The owner of the trailer is on the tan box mounted on top of it. " Emergency Systems Service Company Quakertown PA "
