He's been missing since Monday. He is a 4 yr old male Lhasa Apso, cream colored and somewhat groomed. He went outside to potty and never came home. Around the time of his disappearance , there was a blue colored SUV similar to the Toyota Highlander, parked on a street across from my house with flashing lights. I do not know if that has any connection to this at all. I am from north high st in East Haven. Joey will wander into the backyards of my neighbors but hasn't crossed the street in over 2/3 years. It is not like him to not come home. My neighbors laugh and call him the neighborhood hoodlum. He is a very sweet boy, my 3 girls and I are absolutely devastated. Especially now with these cold cold nights and the snow. He does have a chip but no collar. It was found at the end of his runner. Thank you for your time
