Potholes riddle the center lane going east/northbound from about here until exit 11. Potholes are located in the path of the tires and not on the hash tags. Most potholes are large in size and could potentially cause damage to tire/rim. New York State is not responsible for repairs caused by potholes and inform drivers they need to be vigilante when driving to avoid potholes. Sometime potholes are unavoidable due to traffic nearby so you can't avoid and at night they are impossible to see. 1-800-POTHOLES is a joke, can never get through to report so I am posting on here.
