this is just a bad intersection all the way around--trying to turn left from Plank onto 29S is nearly impossible at certain times--people turning right from Ott onto 29S either ruin your chances of catching a lull in traffic or they block your way as they attempt a quick left onto Plank--I see an 'almost accident' at least once a week
